These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the POSLINK platform, operated by POSLINK ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using the Service
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by users you invite. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or overburden our systems.
2. Subscription plans & billing
The Service is offered under Starter, Business, and Enterprise subscription plans, billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up. Plan limits (branches, users, products) are enforced as described on our Pricing page. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of the business, product, and customer data you enter into the Service. We store it in a database dedicated to your account and do not use it for purposes outside operating and improving the Service, except as required by law.
4. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The mobile app is designed to keep functioning offline for point-of-sale transactions, but some features require an active connection.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other tenants' data, and not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content.
6. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain unpaid after a reasonable notice period.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, POSLINK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
